Great question, Bray. Because of the size of Olathe I sorted Olathe by subdivisions and by North and South of Santa Fe. In this post I will figure the hottest selling subdivisions North of Santa Fe.
There where multiple subdivisions with multiple homes that sold in the month of August.
The list below is the list of the top 12 selling subdivsions in North Olathe:
Southern Olathe will be a little harder to get the stats for because sales were spread out much more even among subdivisions.
